Welcome to HappyFlying Tours & Travels LLP. By using our services or accessing our website, you agree to abide by the following terms:

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as applicable.
  2. Pricing & Payments:
    Prices mentioned are subject to change based on airfare fluctuations, hotel availability, taxes, or other unforeseen factors. All payments must be completed before the start of the travel.
  3. Travel Documentation:
    It is the traveller’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid passports, visas, and other necessary documents. HappyFlying will assist with guidance but does not guarantee visa issuance.
  4. Travel Insurance:
    While not mandatory, we highly recommend opting for travel insurance. HappyFlying can help you obtain a suitable plan.
  5. Liability:
    We act as an intermediary between customers and travel service providers. HappyFlying is not liable for delays, cancellations, natural calamities, or any loss arising from third-party actions.
  6. Conduct:
    Travellers are expected to behave respectfully with co-travellers and staff. Any form of misconduct may result in removal from the tour without refund.

    At HappyFlying Tours & Travels LLP, your privacy is important to us. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data:
    1. Data Collection:
      We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, travel preferences, and payment information when you book a service with us or submit an enquiry.
    2. Usage of Data:
      The information is used strictly for booking management, improving user experience, sending updates or promotional offers, and complying with legal requirements.
    3. Data Sharing:
      We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except for partners and service providers involved in fulfilling your travel request (e.g., airlines, hotels, visa agents).
    4. Security:
      We implement robust security measures to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, misuse, or alteration.
    5. Cookies:
      Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience. You can choose to disable them via your browser settings.
    6. Your Rights:

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

  1. Tour/Package Cancellations:
    • 30+ days before departure: 90% refund (after deducting applicable fees)
    • 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
    • Less than 15 days: No refund
  2. Flight/Hotel Bookings:
    Refunds are processed as per the airline or hotel cancellation policy. Service charges may apply.
  3. Visa & Passport Services:
    Fees for visa or passport processing are non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
  4. Refund Process:
    Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 working days from the date of request and will be credited to the original payment method.
  5. Force Majeure:
    No refunds will be issued for cancellations due to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or any situation beyond our control.
